Ina Gantcheva is a principal with Deloitte’s Human Capital practice and focuses on workforce and organizational transformations of multinational corporations. In more than 20 years of consulting experience, she has led large-scale global programs focused on building critical capabilities, planning workforce transitions, and preparing companies for future of work. In addition, she has experience in leading cross-functional teams during the strategy and the implementation phases of organizational transformation projects, and deep expertise in the areas of talent management, career development, competency models, organization design, leadership development, and culture change.
