Jennifer Leisch

Jennifer is a Specialist Master in the International Development Organizations account, focused on delivering climate and energy programs in Southeast Asia. Previously at the U.S. Agency for International Development, Dr. Leisch led efforts focused on power sector transformation, renewable energy integration, low emission development, power sector resilience, GHG accounting, and data-driven decision making.
