Jen is Deloitte & Touche LLP’s lead client service partner for the United States Postal Service (USPS), bringing the breadth of Deloitte’s capabilities to provide broad services to support USPS in helping them address their business challenges and achieve success. Jen has worked with USPS for more than 9 years, bringing Deloitte’s experience in strategy, transformation, program and risk management, cyber, supply chain, retail, and technology to drive innovation for future growth and sustainability. She also works with our Global Postal Service and Logistics practice to share innovative solutions, leading practices, and lessons learned from across the globe.
Jen has worked in professional services for nearly 25 years leading transformational programs for delivery and logistics, manufacturing, retail, financial services, and government clients. Jen has also served as a leader in our Women’s Initiative and Inclusion Program, and is passionate about the recruitment, development, and advancement of women as well as building an inclusive work place where our people can thrive. She is a long-time resident of northern Virginia with her family, husband, two teenagers, and two dogs.
