Jeralyn Haber

Jeralyn Haber is a Partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP with nearly 20 years of experience providing assurance and advisory services to her clients. She has extensive experience serving a variety of financial services firms including diversified asset management and holding companies, private wealth/family-owned complexes, financial technology and leasing companies, and private equity, credit and hedge funds. She has supported companies through accounting, control, and transaction-related accounting and financial reporting matters, including areas such as investment valuation, business combinations and mergers, debt and equity transactions and restructurings, consolidation, compensation and equity matters. Jeralyn has previously served in Deloitte’s National Office, focused on assurance services and risk matters for Deloitte’s national client base. Jeralyn has been recognized as a 40 under 40 award winner and is a certified public accountant licensed in New York and Connecticut, with a Master of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Connecticut.
