Joe leads the Deloitte US Chinese Services Group practice and serves as the Global lead client service partner (GLCSP) for a UK-based financial institution with extensive operations across Asia.
His 25 years of consulting experience spans through many sectors in the financial services industry. Joe served as the US and Global Financial Services Industry leader for consulting and led many large-scale, global projects for some of our largest financial services industry clients.
Prior to this, Joe led the Global Insurance practice and served as the APAC and US Insurance consulting leader. His experience in the Asia Pacific region dates to the time when he lived in Tokyo for his APAC leader position and supported clients as they implemented business process improvements and transformed their business models.
