Jill is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Human Capital practice with more than 20 years of human resources and employee benefits consulting experience. She consults with employers regarding the strategy, design, and delivery of employee rewards programs. Her expertise includes working with clients to execute large-scale employee benefit plan delivery transitions. Jill is leading Deloitte Consulting’s point of view and advisory services in the area of well-being. Jill received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology, with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and has a Master’s degree in business administration, with a Certificate in Human Resource Management, from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
