Joe Montrosse

Joe has more than 25 years' experience, primarily in operating model performance improvement, focusing on advanced manufacturers. He has advised on engagements spanning the entire operating model lifecycle (upfront analysis, design, build, and implementation across insourcing, outsourcing, digitization, simplification, and centralization initiatives). Joe has led programs in all functional areas, including commercial operations, engineering, supply chain and manufacturing, research and new product development, quality, and G&A functions. Mr. Montrosse holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from GMI (now Kettering University) and is a graduate of the Harvard School of Business.

His clients have included biotech, biopharma, medical technology, advanced microchip, automotive, aerospace, and food & beverage manufacturers.
