Joel Goldblatt

Joel is a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and serves as the US Audit & Assurance leader for the Services practice within the Transportation, Hospitality & Services sector. Throughout his more than 20 year career, Joel has served some of the firm’s most prominent clients in the consumer products, automotive, and services industries. Joel gained his US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, International Financial Reporting Standards, and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) technical skills while serving clients with complex transactions, including business combinations, initial public and secondary offerings, debt financing, spin-offs, and SEC comment letters.
