Joshua Kudisch

Josh serves as the associate vice president, Service Delivery, for Brand Operations Services in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Risk Intelligence practice. He is a strategic consulting leader with a foundation in hospitality management, quality assurance, and brand experience measurement. Josh has extensive experience working with major hospitality, restaurant, and foodservice brands, managing compliance auditing, secret shopper, and customer experience programs.

While serving as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, Josh has led the successful execution of dozens of strategic, high-volume, and global engagements across various segments of the hospitality industry including hotel/lodging, travel & transportation, retail, restaurant & food services, sports, and entertainment.

Josh works to continually improve Deloitte’s in-field protocols for Food Brand Protection services including restaurant assessments, quality assurance, customer experience, and facility measurement, as well as coordination with our leading analytics, reporting, and technology capabilities.
