Jennifer Marie Rocks

Jennifer is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP and a leader in the Human Capital Public Sector industry practice. She has more than 15 years of experience leading and implementing organizational change management programs, organizational risk assessments, training programs, and business process reengineering studies primarily for public sector organizations. Jennifer has experience with implementing organizational change management activities including end-user readiness, workforce transition, communications, leadership alignment, business process transformation, deployment, and training material development and delivery. She created a custom state government agency support team program that identifies change champions to support the program and builds subject matter experience to prepare for the transition.
