John Wichard

John is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP. He provides audit and accounting advisory services to Deloitte’s largest global clients. He has extensive experience in spin-offs, carve-outs, and initial offerings including the resulting transformation related to the finance, controllership, governance, investor relations, and other corporate functions upon entering the public markets. He has also provided M&A due diligence and auditing services to some of the largest private equity firms in the US.
