He is a registered professional and certified cost professional with more than 35 years of power and utility experience. Joseph specializes in engineering and construction consulting, valuation, and technical analyses related to tax credits and incentives for power and utility facilities. Joseph’s power generation experience includes nuclear, combined cycle and single cycle gas turbine facilities, fossil fuel, integrated gasification combined cycle clean coal projects (IGCC), and renewable energy projects.
