Karon is Managing Partner of the Public Sector Consulting practice in HK and China, and Leader for the Technology Consulting practice in HK. He has over 20 years of consulting experience in performance improvement, organization review, technology planning and implementation, healthcare advisory and project management. Karon also assumes the role of Quality and Risk Management leader for the Asia Pacific region, and is responsible for ensuring the quality of all consulting engagements.
