Keith Sieverding

Keith specializes in a wide range of business and corporate tax issues, advising clients on various types of transactions in the domestic and cross-border context, including acquisitive and divisive transactions, taxable and tax-free transactions, third-party dispositions, internal restructurings, and corporate separations. He also specializes in corporate offerings of debt and equity interests, including planning related to initial public offerings and cross-border interests. He regularly advises on consolidated return issues and has taken a lead role in planning and addressing emerging tax issues related to tax reform changes introduced in December 2017.

He is an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Section and DC Bar Association. He frequently speaks on tax matters at national and regional meetings, including at events sponsored by International Fiscal Association, ABA, DC Bar Association, and American Institute of CPAs. He has taught as an adjunct professor in the LLM program at Georgetown University Law Center.

Keith earned his LLM in taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center. He received his JD from the University of San Diego School of Law and a BA degree in applied math-economics from Brown University.
