Kevin Moss

Kevin is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Human Capital practice focusing on workforce transformation. Kevin works with clients to help them move beyond the traditional attract, develop, retain model to a new transformational workforce model. This model is designed to help organizations leverage people and capabilities across the workforce spectrum, curate consumer-grade development experiences, and redesign and create workforce programs and services.

Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and has worked with complex global and US clients across industries to drive transformation programs with a focus on human resources (HR) and overall organizational transformation. This includes developing HR strategies and future state HR program designs, completing HR assessments, developing HR operating models, designing and deploying HR programs in talent, driving change enablement acquisition and performance management, and implementing HR processes and technology.
