Kim leads Deloitte's efforts to help clients across the Department of Defense leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation to achieve value and advantage in critical mission and business operations. She specializes in advising clients on the effective use of data, advanced analytics, and AI at scale to drive strategic insights and guide digital transformation to outpace competition. She is a also a Senior Fellow in the Deloitte AI Institute of Government, and a Board Director and advisor to several private and non-profit organizations. A retired USAF Major General, Kim served most recently served as the United States Space Force Chief Technology and Innovation Officer where she directed a $2.3B space Science and Technology portfolio, and $150M USSF digital transformation strategy. Prior to that, Kim was the Department of Air Force Chief Data Officer, establishing that office to lead the data management and analytic efforts across all Air and Space mission areas.
