Leo Cioffi

Leo is a managing director in Deloitte's Financial Services and Insurance Consulting organization. He has more than 40 years of experience in Sales, Consulting and Technology management. He supports financial services clients to drive innovation and efficiencies in their businesses. His experience includes managed services for enterprise and core applications, infrastructure, data and analytics, digital enablement, finance operations, outsourcing and BPO. Leo specializes in technology innovations, data optimization, business process and client experience improvements. Most recently, he has been building Deloitte's Operate business over the past seven years.
