Maggie Gross

Maggie is a principal at Deloitte and serves as the US Customer & Commercial Strategy (C&CS) domain co-leader and US Agency Strategy leader. Maggie and her team combine strategy, vision, technology, and data-driven insights to solve business problems, strengthen brands, and create memorable customer experiences that drive ROI for clients.

With more than 20 years of experience, Maggie found her way into strategy because of her love of storytelling, game theory, and anthropology. She advises clients on all aspects of their marketing transformations, including shaping their customer, brand, & experience strategies, creative & design executions, and technology implementations that span sales, service, marketing, commerce, enterprise portals, mobile solutions, and customer analytics. Her experience spans retail & consumer products, travel & hospitality, telco, media & entertainment, technology, banking, insurance, investment management, healthcare, and the energy sector.

Prior to this role, Maggie served as the Head of Strategy for Deloitte Consulting’s Heat Agency, where she led the brand, digital, comms, media, social, content, and experience strategy teams. Over her career she has been part of campaigns that were awarded seven Effies, including the coveted Sustained Success Effie, four Cannes Lions, and multiple other accolades for her clients.

She has been recognized by the United Nations for her consistent track record of building global, impactful brands. Her work and ideas have been featured in the New York Times, Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, and are even spotlighted in the Smithsonian Museum. She was named in AdWeek 50, an award honoring changemakers in advertising, marketing, technology, and media who are essential growth drivers for their companies and clients.

She lives in Connecticut with her husband and their labrador. In her spare time, she creates pottery, runs, and skis.
