Mark I. Miller

Mark is a principal in the Global Employer Services practice with Deloitte Tax LLP, specializing in global equity, compensation, and benefits consulting for multinational employers. He has more than 15 years of experience consulting in the field of employee equity compensation, advising multinational clients on all aspects of equity remuneration including core plan design and administration, communications strategies, investor relations, tax and regulatory compliance, and tax minimization strategies. Mark is an active board member for the Global Equity Organization. He has been an active speaker at various US, UK, and International conferences and events for more than 10 years. Mark began his career in the UK, specializing in the UK and global equity-based compensation before moving to West Coast to lead the Global Rewards practice. Mark is a Certified Equity Professional in the US and a Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT) in the United Kingdom.
