Micah Bible

Micah has over 20 years of public accounting experience and is a partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring Services group, where he leads the Infrastructure M&A Advisory Practice in the United States. 

Micah draws on substantial M&A experience from buy-side and sell-side transactions, including work on several major carve-outs with related stand-alone analysis and transition issues. He has conducted financial due diligence on hundreds of proposed and completed acquisitions, varying in size from single-asset acquisitions of $50 million to public company mergers of over $30 billion. 

His areas of experience include pre-acquisition financial due diligence, deal structuring, financial modeling, contract and financing issues, deal negotiation support, assistance with drafting purchase agreements, and post-transaction integration matters.

Micah has extensive experience with transactions in the Energy and Infrastructure industries including both traditional and alternative power generation, transportation, data centers, cell towers, fiber, aviation, public private partnership (P3) projects, and all sectors of the oil and gas industry.
