Nicole Swenson

Nicole has nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, including roles in public accounting firms and large, multi-national public companies. Nicole returned to Deloitte in 2016 after five years working in industry. During her time in industry, Nicole oversaw the Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting group at a Fortune 500 telecommunications company and the Global Technical Accounting Manager in the consumer products industry. Nicole specializes in the accounting for M&A related activities, including public company readiness, the stand up of new organizations, divesting of businesses, and SEC reporting requirements. Nicole primarily serves clients in the technology, media and telecom industries—from start-ups to Fortune 50 public enterprises.
