Nina Thanjan

Nina leads Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Oracle Higher Education practice. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Nina has a long record of successfully delivering complex projects to Higher Education clients. Her experience spans a variety of products such as Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, and Oracle Cloud. She has experience with finance, student, and human capital projects and has worked with 25+ higher education institutions.

Previously, Nina was employed by Carnegie Mellon and Stanford Universities in the areas of budgeting and indirect cost rate development. Nina has also delivered projects to other industries including State and Local Government, High Tech, Hospitals, and Financial Services organizations. Nina is the Women’s Initiative Leader (WIN) for Deloitte Consulting in New York. She is PMP certified and has led projects using Deloitte’s Momentum Methodology, 6 Sigma and SEI’s CMMI methodologies. Many of her projects have focused on delivering complex projects to R1 Universities.
