Paul, a partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, is the Strategy & Brand offering leader for the Cyber & Strategic Risk Services practice of Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory. He focuses on managing brand and reputation risk through brand protection and customer experience measurement services. As a trusted advisor to leading global clients, Paul and the Strategy and Brand professionals help to improve brand health, brand operations, and customer experience for our business partners, while mitigating the broader enterprise risk for clients in diverse industries.
Paul is also the Global Managing Partner for Deloitte’s Brand Operations Services business, (formerly LRA worldwide) which helps organizations monitor, maintain, and enhance the customer experience and brand health by combining field-based resources, market research, and analytics-driven technology in some of the most complex environments.
With 30 years of experience, Paul has in-depth experience in public accounting (Audit and Advisory) with a focus on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) accounting for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, carve-outs, and spin-offs. He has advised various Fortune 100 companies throughout the M&A deal life cycle, including planning and execution for separation, integration, and related SEC filing and reporting matters. Paul is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York and New Jersey Society of CPAs, and a certified public accountant licensed in New York and New Jersey.
