Rob leads Deloitte’s US Retail Stores Offering, helping leading retailers assess, design, and implement initiatives to enhance their overall in-store and integrated omnichannel performance as well as improve customer and associate experience.
With more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience, Rob helps retailers drive operational efficiencies (by improving, eliminating, or reallocating activities), reducing operational leakage (e.g., shrink, risk), optimize talent, and design and implement enabling in-store technologies (from inventory management solutions to customer and associate-facing technology and/or applications). Rob received an MBA from The Ohio State University and holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts.
