He has 20 years of information technology experience in program management, network engineering, systems administration, information assurance, regulatory compliance and security risk management. He manages large-scale and complex system development and integration projects and leads cross-functional teams of organizational change, business process re-engineering, IT, development and security experts. His technical expertise is in cybersecurity risk management, including legislation, policy, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, compliance audit, network engineering, training, and operations and maintenance.
