Sean is a principal in Deloitte Consulting's Mergers, Acquisitions & Restructuring practice. He advises financial services industry (FSI) executives, including those in insurance (P&C, L&A, Group, and Distribution), helping them navigate business model disruption through M&A and restructuring.
