Saagar Thakkar

Saagar is the DC Greenhouse Leader. Prior to taking this role, he was the leader of the Deloitte Greenhouse Asia in Singapore. He has facilitated more than 200 labs across a wide range of offerings. Saagar's role includes the development and facilitation of experiential client offerings that are based on immersive methods and exercises, research-based content, and a technology-enabled consciously designed environment to create a unique client experience.

Working with large, global organizational C-level executives as well as Federal executives, he has conducted Labs including analytics, innovation, executive transitions, and workforce management. Saagar is also an author, who has published on topics including management, executive transition, IT Process Discipline and IT Security.
