Terry Hardesty

Terry is an audit partner with more than 30 years serving large public and multinational companies in several industries focusing on retail and distribution, manufacturing and healthcare. Her client experiences include mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, refinancings, and restructurings.

Terry has experience with integration activities as well as leading controls optimization projects.

In addition to her client service roles, she has also held various leadership roles in the firm. These leadership roles within Deloitte have helped her establish a strong network that she can engage quickly for client needs. Beyond these roles, she also serves as the technical review partner for several Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) engagements.
