Tom began his career as a product engineer at an automotive company. He now has 20 years of consulting experience. His specific areas of focus include aftermarket parts pricing, dealer management systems, and enterprise resource planning value realization. For the past 10 years, Tom has served on the board of National Association of Manufacturers with the Manufacturing Institute.
