Traci Prevost

Traci is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Strategy and Transactions practice where she leads the Performance Improvement and Restructuring offering. Her work is focused on improving the strategic positioning of Deloitte’s clients by architecting and lead enterprise-wide Board and C-suite Performance Improvement and Restructuring (PI&R) agendas that enable healthy, underperforming, and distressed clients during their most critical moments. She assists companies, their lenders, and equity holders drive value through margin improvement, helping them navigate periods of financial difficulty to reposition for growth and improve cashflow to fund critical transformations.

Prior to this, Traci led Deloitte’s Integration and Divestitures offering which is focused on leading clients through inorganic growth and portfolio rationalization, spanning the M&A lifecycle to provide guidance and intentional planning related to structuring, diligence, board governance, integration planning and management, defining new operating models, restructuring, margin improvement, and facilitating change management in order to unlock the value of a transaction.

Traci has spent her career serving health care clients, primarily not-for-profit health systems, as they contemplate growth and transformation. She has been privileged to serve many large health systems and health plans as they have navigated their most ambitious organizational “life events”.

Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and she has received an industry designation by M&A Advisor as an “Emerging Leader”.
