Zach is a Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory vice president serving Brand Operations Services in Deloitte & Touche LLP. He oversees Brand Operations Services' growth efforts on a global basis and actively generates new business by cultivating new clients and connecting Brand Operations Services to existing accounts and new projects. Zach has worked in the customer experience measurement space for more than 10 years, working with clients across industry to help them solve complex business issues involving customer experience and brand resilience. Zach helps drive growth through a variety of marketing, public relations, branding, and business development initiatives. He has served as an adjunct instructor in the Sports Leadership program at Northeastern University and is a frequent guest lecturer in the Sports Management program at Drexel University.
