Deloitte Vietnam honored amongst best companies to work for in Asia
2020 is the third consecutive year that Deloitte Vietnam is recognized as one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020" by HR Asia Magazine, the leading prestigious Asia’s publication for senior HR professionals
HR Asia Award is an annual award performed and surveyed by HR Asia - one of the Asia's leading prestigious publication for senior HR professionals, under the Business Media International news agency. This result is evaluated by HR Asia and based on the analysis of internal surveys conducted previously with nearly 300 companies in Vietnam according to Asian independent standards.
Since 2020, HR Asia has carried out thousands of surveys with the participation of companies from 10 countries across Asia including Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates with multiple rounds of evaluation. In Vietnam, the survey was conducted on 11,430 full-time employees from 308 companies.
Deloitte Vietnam has been honored 3 times in a row at this award since 2018, thanks to its coherent human resources strategies that encourage each employee to contribute to the shared values and shape a diverse corporate culture at Deloitte. The "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020" award by HR Asia magazine is a meaningful present to celebrate the 175-year anniversary of Deloitte Global, and head to the 30-year anniversary of Deloitte Vietnam. In May, Deloitte Vietnam was also honoured to receive the award “The Best Employer of Choice 2020 by Vietnam Student”by Anphabe and Intage Vietnam.

ABOUT THE "BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR IN ASIA” AWARD
The "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award was held annually by HR Asia (a publication of Business Media International) in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan and this is the third year in Vietnam.
An important component of this award is the Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M), developed based on the Employee Input Survey (E.I.S) including 3 criteria: Heart - Emotional attachment, Mind – Thinking, and Motivation, Soul - Faith and Attitude. There are also Think - Collective Awareness, Feel - Workplace Emotions, and Do - Collective Action. This model provides a holistic and comprehensive view, not only at the level of attachment from an individual employee but also showing how each team or department is connected in different situations.
