On-the-job training

Audit and Tax

Your work assignments and learning are very structured and deliberate. You will work with a variety of different clients from different industries and undertake core training annually. It is in these early years under the guidance of your senior colleagues that you will build a strong technical foundation to kick start your career.

Financial Advisory, Enterprise Risk Services and Consulting

You can expect to work on a variety of projects from numerous sectors. Every engagement will allow you to learn simply because each project is different and call for creativity in generating the best possible solutions.

Formal training

Our learning platforms and resources that are available to you are endless and at your own disposal. Annually, you will attend formal training to facilitate your career progression as well as completing a set number of e-learning courses which will keep your technical skills relevant and up-to-date.

Further, as your career progresses, Deloitte will periodically send you on a series of professional service management and leadership excellence training programs, where you will also have the opportunity to network with professionals from our other Deloitte practices.
