Vietnam’s Best Managed Companies applications are reviewed each year by a judging panel comprised of independent members that decides which companies will be awarded the Best Managed designation. Their role is crucial in identifying companies that exemplify exceptional management practices based on the program’s trademark Four Pillar approach, which meticulously evaluates strategic direction, capabilities and innovation, culture and commitment, and governance and financials.

NGUYEN QUANG THUAN, FCCA
Founder and Chairman of FiinGroup and FiinRatings
Mr. Thuan is the Executive Chairman and CEO of FiinRatings, a prominent credit rating agency in Vietnam that collaborates technically with S&P Global Ratings. Additionally, he is the founder and chairman of FiinGroup, a firm renowned for its expertise in financial data analytics, business information, and industry research.
With over 24 years of experience in audit and assurance services, investment management, and data analytics, Mr. Thuan is a seasoned financial expert. Prior to establishing FiinGroup, he served as an Investment Analyst at Vietnam Holding Asset Management Ltd. and worked as a manager in the Deals Service division at PwC in both Vietnam and Sydney, Australia. He holds a master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Minh Giang, co-founder and partner at Newing—a boutique coaching and consulting firm established in 2022 by a team of five accomplished Vietnamese women—brings over 17 years of experience in leadership development, executive search, and talent management.
Minh Giang served as Partner of Talent and Culture at Mekong Capital, a top Vietnam-focused private equity firm, where she coached CEOs, senior executives, and board members to align people and culture strategies, driving significant business growth for companies such as MobileWorld Group, F88, Pharmacity, and Nhat Tin Logistic. With a strong track record in transformative leadership and organizational renewal and serves on the boards of PNJ, Tan Hiep Phat, and EQuest Education, solidifying her expertise in the industry.
