Thomas McClelland

Tom is one of Vietnam’s most experienced tax specialists, having advised a wide range of businesses on all areas of Vietnam taxation since 1998. He has participated closely in the tax reform process over the past decade through sector groups as well as working directly with government authorities. He has been particularly active in representing most major consumer goods companies in Vietnam in instigating changes to the tax treatment of advertising and promotional expenditure.
