NEW YORK, Jan. 11, 2016 — Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF) acted as exclusive financial advisor to NWN Corporation (NWN), a leading provider of sophisticated IT products and solutions, in its Private Stock Sale to New State Capital Partners (New State). The transaction closed on Oct. 16, 2015, with NWN management retaining a minority interest in the company.
