DCF advises Supplier Management Solutions, Inc. in securing an investment from Corbel Structured Equity Partners

LOS ANGELES, September 12, 2014 — Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (“DCF”) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Supplier Management Solutions, Inc. (“SMS” or the “Company”) in securing an investment from Corbel Structured Equity Partners (“Corbel”). SMS engaged DCF to explore strategic alternatives related to partnering with a capital provider to facilitate continued growth. The investment was completed on June 26, 2014.

DCF assisted SMS throughout the capital raise process, including helping with the preparation of marketing materials, identifying and approaching potential investors, facilitating management presentations, and advising on negotiations and transaction closing.
