Braxton Carr

Braxton is a leader in Deloitte Corporate Finance’s (DCF) Business and Financial Services group. He has nearly a decade of investment banking experience across a variety of industries, and primarily focuses on transactions in the legal services, insurance services, and accounting & advisory services subsectors. He has advised on numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as capital raising engagements.

Braxton attended Rhodes College for his undergraduate studies, where he received a BA in Economics and Commerce & Business, summa cum laude and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
