Elliot Wong

Elliot covers the financial services sector within Deloitte Corporate Finance’s (DCF) Business and Financial Services group. His transaction experience includes sell-side, buy-side, strategic advisory, and private capital raising engagements across a variety of industries, including financial services, business services, industrials, and consumer.

Prior to joining DCF, Elliot was a structured products banker and hedge fund investment professional. As a banker for a bulge bracket investment bank and Great Curve Merchant Partners, he risk-managed credit and mortgage assets and executed complex structured transactions such as collateralized debt obligations. In his role at C12 Capital Management, He focused on special situations, pursuing investment opportunities with financial institutions including banks, insurers, and reinsurers.

Elliot received his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and attended Vanderbilt University for his undergraduate studies, where he received a BA in Economics, magna cum laude.
