Ryan W. Soer

Ryan is a leader in Deloitte Corporate Finance’s (DCF) Business and Financial Services group, with a focus on the Insurance Services and Human Capital Management sectors. He has more than 5 years of investment banking experience having advised on numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as capital raising engagements across a wide variety of industries.

Prior to joining DCF, Ryan served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps where he flew the AH-1W “Supercobra” attack helicopter. He deployed once to Okinawa, Japan and twice to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Ryan received his MBA from The Darden School, University of Virginia and attended The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania for his undergraduate studies, where he received a BS in Economics.
