He serves as the leader of Deloitte's ServiceNow practice, which assists clients in harnessing the power of optimized workflow management technologies. Yousaf has over 20 years of experience and has worked extensively throughout the world, assisting clients in transforming their businesses through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. He has a particular interest in Cloud Computing, Digital Transformation, Fintech/Emerging Technology, and IT Strategy. He maintains a strong international network of clients and major vendors. He has served as a valued advisor to key decision makers in both the commercial and public sectors over the course of his career.
Saudamini is a Digital Transformation Executive with over 20 years of experience in global consultancies across Middle East and Africa. She has been leading, and delivering complex, transformative digital initiatives with global organizations across geographies, industries and cultures. She is passionate about building, leading and scaling Teams in the digital domain, including Design and Innovation Studios, for value creation for Clients. Saudamini’s experience includes spearheading exciting and innovative programs for government, healthcare and transportation industries. She plays the role of a Trusted Advisor to C-level Executives in the Public Sector. Her extensive experience has helped her appreciate organizational culture and value drivers that go beyond commercial success. She embraces agile delivery and culture.
Paul leads Finance Transformation in the Middle East and brings over 25 years of experience to lead the CFO Operations team in consulting. His team specializes in finance operating models, redesigning financial processes for organizations, enabling them to gain greater business performance insights and increased control over costs. He is a market specialist in finance transformation and planning/budgeting. Earlier Paul has worked in Switzerland, US, UK and Bermuda to lead Performance Management teams in Financial services (including Insurance companies), Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical companies for 15 years. Paul’s cultural awareness, executive credibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable him to build effective stakeholder support and maintain delivery focus throughout the programme lifecycle.
Dougie Harrop is the director in Internal Services in Deloitte .He was selected to become the first EMEA Region Lab Leader and progressed to become part of the US Greenhouse Experience team, as the EMEA Region Lab & Business Chemistry Lead. He was the Deloitte account manager for several USAF, USMC and US Navy projects, along with several commercial clients. He ledDeloitte’s US Firm, Advanced Facilitation Community of Practice, where he trained and mentored hundreds of Deloitte practitioners across the US Firm. He was the top percentage of British Military Officers selected to attend the British military’s Advanced Command and Staff College, where he concurrently gained his master’s degree from Kings College London. He has delivered 200+ Lab experiences and leads the strategy, program management, training, design and execution of Labs and Business Chemistry, across Deloitte’s EMEA region. He has defined by his courage, honor, and sense of duty. He is a highly tested leader being directly responsible of the lives of 100s, during his numerous global deployments
Alan James Mears is a Senior Advisor in Risk Advisory and Defense in Deloitte Middle East. Alan is recognized as a global thought leader in localization, C4ISR and Cyberspace Operations (CO). He is a MSc graduate from Cranfield and has extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering innovative cyber and C4ISR capabilities. He served as the interim Head of Cyber Security Compliance for a global shipping company and was the Defense Electronics lead for the GAMI industrialization project for the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI) in the Kingdom. He brings an informed business perspective to the design and execution of cyber and C4ISR operations based on over 30 years of experience in intelligence and targeting. He has published numerous papers and articles on Cyberspace Operations
Ahmad, is a Director in Customer and Marketing at Deloitte Middle East. His roles include being the Deloitte Digital Center Leader, Riyadh as well as the Design Lead under the Advertising, Marketing, and Commerce (AM&C) offering. He has over 17 years of professional experience, where he held multiple design leadership roles at agencies and product companies across the globe, including Xische & Co, Idean, Publicis Sapient, Sony Pictures, Uber, Twitch, and Google Ventures. During these roles, he has led innovation programs for products and services from idea to launch, with a prominent focus on delivering impact through design and innovation to create meaningful experiences for users.

Dr. Basmah M. Omair
Dr. Basmah Omair is an empowerment-oriented executive and a key member of multiple boards of directors with 20+ years of diverse experience across a wide range of industries, including public, private, and 3rd sectors. She has a track record of driving concept-to-execution national strategic initiatives that focus on empowering individuals, along with building strategic partnerships and leading impactful programs. Dr. Omair is the founder and CEO of Behavioral Management Consulting established to bring the human behavior element into strategies and cultural shifts including gender diversity. Dr. Omair applies her well-versed expertise to create human-centric solutions that are realistic, efficient, and cost-effective. In view of her commitment to catalyzing positive change and promoting national progress, Dr. Omair was named one of the Top 100 Most Powerful Arab Women by Arabian Business Magazine consecutively from 2010 to 2014. Moreover, in 2014, she was chosen by Arabian Business as one of the 30 Most Powerful and Influential Saudi Women, while in 2019, she was named one of the Top 10 Most Economically Influential Female Leaders in Saudi by Sayidaty Magazine.
Yasser Alobaidan is a visionary leader connecting industries in the new digital economy and leveraging digital disruption and Web3.0 to transform how government and industry connect. In his current role as Chairman of Jawraa, Yasser directs the company’s operations, including its subsidiaries and each of its five business units. Under his leadership, Jawraa received Saudi Arabia’s first mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) license, securing its position as an industry pioneer. Yasser is the architect behind the company’s continuing expansion with long-term projects across the public and private sectors. A prominent regional technology and communications thought leader, Yasser has a strong interest in how the digital economy, Web3.0 and the Metaverse can empower the education sector, creating more engaging distance learning and in-classroom experiences. He has built the foundation for Saudi Arabia’s MVNO industry, propelling the nation’s digital transformation forward as well as creating a new industry. As an entrepreneur, Yasser has co-founded and launched several successful tech start-ups, including Meditari, RUSSAD and Shades House. He is responsible for spearheading revenue growth for a number of companies, transforming them into multi-million dollar enterprises. Able to build effective connections between media, telecoms, and the IT sector, Yasser is a sought-after board member who serves on the board of MeemPlatform and is also Chairman of Edusons and Tharawat Technology.
Chris Broe is NEOM’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). He is responsible for delivering an extensive range of strategic & operational IT Systems & Services that support NEOM and it’s Subsidiaries. Working with leading global technology partners such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco & Deloitte, Chris and his team are creating a comprehensive and flexible IT ecosystem that will evolve as NEOM’s Business expands. Prior to joining NEOM, Chris served in senior roles at Unilever, Rentokil, UK Post Office, Imperial Tobacco and Rolls-Royce Aerospace. At each of these Organizations he led large scale Business & IT Change programs, including delivery of modernized IT Systems & Services, Financial restructuring, IT Organizational transformation, and development of Strategic Vendor Alliances. In the early part of this career, Chris also worked in Finance, Audit, Quality management & Logistics giving him a wide experience in Business Operations which has been extremely beneficial in his CIO roles.
