Bart is an executive advisor with 20+ years of consulting experience, focused on strategic and operational issues in the natural resources space, covering strategy development and implementation, organizational design, operational excellence and organizational and operational transformations. Bart has worked with NOCs and IOCs across the entire oil & gas value chain as well as mining companies, with a focus on emerging markets covering among others Africa, India, Ukraine, Russia, and the Middle East. Within the Middle East Bart leads the Energy, Resources & Industrials sector across all our offerings and services.

As a partner at Deloitte, Thomas Schlaak is responsible for the Power, Utilities & Renewables division. He advises leading companies in the energy industry with a focus on Germany and Europe. dr Schlaak brings many years of experience in the conception of corporate and divisional strategies to his consulting projects. These also often include organizational development, cost reduction and post-merger integration. In recent years, he has dealt in particular with issues relating to the digital transformation of energy companies, starting with innovations and product developments, through the conversion and new construction of digital competencies at the customer interface, to the automation of business processes.

Nuno is the Emerging Technology Global Leader. For 20 years, Nuno has participated in a wide range of Technology, Strategic and Operational consultancy for the Financial Services Industry, both in the Banking and Insurance sectors. He specialized in setting up Banks and Insurance companies from scratch in emerging countries and led some of their core technology implementations. Nuno has significant experience in incubating and commercializing new technology-based offerings in Portugal and making that capability available to our business globally. He also led complex technology projects within the banking and insurance industry, spearheading several core system transformations in Portugal, Angola, and other member firms – South Africa, Dubai, Denmark, Canada, and the US. Over the last eight years, Nuno jointly delivers complex technology projects with other member firms, managing the corridor beyond Portuguese home markets.

Costi is the Global Analytics & Cognitive Leader. Having started his career as an academic in the field of Information Engineering, he has over 20 years of experience in delivering large and complex technology programs. His expertise includes artificial intelligence information management, software development, and IT transformation. Costi's experience spans both the private and public sectors, but he has focused on the public sector for the last 15 years. Within the public sector he has worked in both central and local government, helping organizations deliver IT enabled transformations, and more recently transform through the effective use of analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Saudamini is an accomplished Digital Transformation Executive with over twenty years of experience in global consultancies across Middle East and Africa. She has been actively leading, and delivering complex, transformative digital initiatives with global organizations across geographies, industries and cultures. Saudamini is passionate about building, leading and scaling Teams in the digital domain, including Design and Innovation Studios, for value creation for Clients. Saudamini’s experience includes spearheading exciting and innovative programs for government, healthcare and transportation industries. Her extensive experience has helped her appreciate organizational culture and value drivers that go beyond commercial success. She realizes the importance of showing early, regular and, tangible results, through embracing agile delivery and culture. Saudamini plays the role of a Trusted Advisor to C-level Executives in the Public Sector. While the confluence of innovative technologies is presenting us unprecedented opportunities, Saudamini strongly believes that a ‘People First’ culture is key for sustainable performance. She uses external platforms to participate in, and champion causes closest to her heart including Responsible Leadership, I&D, Corporate Citizenship and Workforce of the Future.

Amira has over 20 years of experience working with the Public and Private sectors, delivering Cyber Risk Services, Cyber Transformations, Cybersecurity Strategy, Risk Culture and Change Management, National Talent Accelerators as well as Research Grants, Cyber Academies, and National Skills Assessment. In addition, Amira handled major engagements in the Oil & Gas, Finance, Defense, Intelligence, Military, and Education Sectors. She holds a PhD in Educational Psychology and Educational Technology from Michigan State University. Amira has numerous publications on Online learning, Arab leadership development, future workforce and sustainability, cross-cultural education, and co-authored reports focused on the GCC cybersecurity threat landscape. She has presented her research across several international and global conferences as well as contributed to the advancement of Women in STEM and Cyber agenda.
