About the program:
 

D-180 aims to provide young people with mentoring and real work exposure to Deloitte volunteer professionals. Mentors will expose mentees to the world of work, support them in setting and pursuing educational journeys or entering the job market, and act as soundboards.  It targets university graduates in their first few years in the workforce and high school, and college students across the Middle East.

D-180 is a Deloitte WorldClass program and embodies commitment to impact 200,000 futures in the Middle East region by 2030 through education and skills-building. The program engages Deloitte volunteers in giving back to the community through their expertise, skills, and knowledge.

Role of the Deloitte mentor:
 

To take a young mentee on a journey of world of work exploration through driving a series of mutually beneficial virtual meetings.

Deloitte mentors will expose the mentees to the world of work, support them in setting and pursuing educational journeys or entering the job market, and act as supporting soundboards to mentees. 

Mentee profile:
 

University graduates in their first few years in the workforce, university students (or equivalent), college students, high school students in their secondary years.

Duration of mentoring relationship:
 

180 days (6 months), 2-4-hours per month virtually
