Deloitte in the Middle East has long championed this day, using it as a platform to raise awareness on women empowerment and advancement in the workplace.

We will dedicate the month of March to leverage the ‘WoMen March - Together’ program. This program aims to engage both men and women under one umbrella, one cause, so that together we drive change. 

What Deloitte leaders say on gender parity and women advancement

At Deloitte Middle East, we have long championed women advancement through different programs focusing on empowerment, and advocacy of gender parity in the workplace. One such initiative has been WoMen March, the Middle East’s diversity program consisting of a full month dedicated to advocate women advancement in the workplace across the region.
