Deloitte’s Apprenticeship scheme is an open invitation to forward-thinking, ambitious and innovative young people to explore the worlds of digital innovation, professional services, and world class consultancy.
This is a pioneering earning-while-learning experience that offers ambitious high-school graduates the opportunity to gain world class professional training by working on real life projects. Apprentices will solve challenging and interesting business problems, all while continuing the journey of higher education and obtaining a bachelor’s degree. This experience gives the apprentices professional qualifications and training that will take them anywhere they want to go in their career.
The entry criteria demands strong achievements in high school grades (95% Cumulative GPA and above) as well as in Qodorat and Tahsili scores (where possible). Excellent results in IELTS or TOEFL qualifications (or equivalents) are also valued among applicants.
This schemes sees Deloitte partnering with the KSA higher education sector in new and exciting ways to offer students the best of both worlds: a degree alongside real-life work!
What kind of work would apprentices do?
The work the selected apprentices take on will depend on the business area they choose, but regardless of the direction chosen, they’ll get to work on exciting projects that have a real impact by solving real business challenges with innovative solutions. Apprentices will be supported with strong governance and support structures to help them transition into and succeed throughout the program.
