Once you’ve found your niche, we’ll make sure you grow in it. iMAP (I MAnage my Performance), is the Deloitte ME performance management system that supports you to take ownership of your career and set goals aligned with the strategy of your practice. It will enable you to manage your performance, competencies development, and engagement planning and facilitates the appraisal processes with your counselor.
