By submitting this form you agree for your Data to be processed by Deloitte & Touche (M.E.) Your personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, position) will be processed for the purposes of “Technology Fast 50 program" (hereinafter: the “Program”) management. Technology Fast 50 is a program that recognizes and profiles the fastest growing public or private technology companies in Middle East and Cyprus. That is why Deloitte may transfer the Data to its affiliates and related entities within Deloitte Middle East for the purposes specified above, who may contact you in all matters relating to the Program. The transfer will be undertaken insofar as such a transfer is necessary for the performance of the requirements of the program. Deloitte entities processing Data are ISO 27001 certified implying that Deloitte has in place appropriate technical and organizational policies, procedures and measures to ensure that personal data are secure with regard to the level of the risk involved. Deloitte shall take adequate measures to ensure that such transfer is in compliance with the EU GDPR or other applicable data protection law. Your personal data will be stored at North Europe - Leopardstown, Dublin, Ireland. The period for which the Data will be stored is 52 weeks. After this period expires the Data will be permanently deleted.
Provided you have given your consent to our processing of your personal data for above specified purposes, your consent forms the basis for the legality of such processing. Consent already granted can be revoked at any time. Revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the data processing that occurred prior to revocation. If you revoke your consent while consent is not the only legal basis for processing your information, we may continue our processing if this is necessary and justified on another legal basis.
