Wael is a Director in Deloitte’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Centre of Excellence, based in the MENA region. He is a specialist with over 15 years of GRC consulting experience. Wael focuses on advising government and public entities regarding their Governance Framework, and has assisted several ministries of finance and sovereign investment funds regarding their GRC frameworks. Wael has a wide range of advisory service experience including the selection, design, and implementation of GRC frameworks. Wael also has knowledge in Forensics Audit, Internal Audits, data analysis, and fraud risk management.
