BPS ISO re-certification for 2019-2020

Deloitte Business Process Solutions (BPS) has been certified for ISO 9001:2015 for their VAT Compliance services in both the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

The Business Process Solutions (BPS) practice has been recertified for ISO 9001:2015 2019 in both the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabic (KSA). ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognized Quality Management System (QMS) which helps organizations to meet the expectations and needs of their customers. The audits were conducted by British Standards Institute (BSI). This certification is considered as an extension following the successful recertification of all services under BPS in both countries.

Over the course of the audits, the BSI auditors thoroughly examined  our system, controls, and processes. On a sample basis they checked the evidence of implementation including operational documents, manuals, checklists, and all relevant engagement documentation. As part of assessment they also interviewed some of the BPS staff in both countries.
