Dirk Kotze

Dirk Kotze is a Chartered Accountant and MBL. Dirk is a Partner of Deloitte's Strategy & Operations team and is our Banking Lead for our Advisory Services. Previously he was the Finance Director for Watermark Global plc and Finance Transformation Director at Barclays plc. Dirk is a strategic thinker that has the ability to align strategic priorities, initiatives and the performance management framework. He is results orientated with an ability to see the bigger picture, including the people issues involved in delivering on strategy. His financial background coupled with business and strategic management will endeavour that decisions are not only driven from a financial perspective, but that business benefits are considered.
